No update of Media Storage for HTTP downloaded files

[GoogleCodeExporter]

1- Download an image file via HTTP
2- View downloaded image file in the Android gallery

Expected result: image is present within the list of available pictures.
Get result: image is not displayed in the list of available pictures.
A reboot of the device is required to update the media storage and view the 
image in the gallery.
