Leaf nodes must be concrete concepts, i.e. must not be placeholders, see https://edamontologydocs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developers_guide.html#optional-attributes and https://edamontologydocs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developers_guide.html#mandatory-attributes
