Requested by @thk686 over private email which is the least preferred way.

Appears to be needed for g++ 4.6.3 on Windows and Boost Fusion code

Hi!

May we bump this to boost 1.60 straight? boost 1.60 contains an updated odeint numerics package which adds very important fixes for ODE integration during parameter estimation. In particular Stan does hang when solving ODEs with odeint and the new odeint library has a fix for this.

I was thinking that too given that their "ChangeLog" is a little 'thinner' than usual, so no surprises expected or feared. I should be able to get to this over the next few days.

This is now taken care of via BH 1.60.0-1 on CRAN.
