Description In the Spanish translation, CONTRIBUTING was inconsistently translated as CONTRIBUYENTE or as CONTRIBUTING when referring to CONTRIBUTING.md. In my view, it should be let as CONTRIBUTING because its a filename (GitHub also does it here)
