Please provide a checkbox which, when selected, displays the article title 
underneath the QR code, as part of the image file.

Note that some characters are escaped in URLs, and should be unescaped in 
displayed article names. for example, 
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Bulpitt_%26_Sons> has the article name 
"Bulpitt & Sons"
