Added architecture-diagram #102

@dcwalk @b5 After going through the entire EDGI project in brief and looking through the basic working of all the repositories within the EDGI organization on Github, I have understood the following.
Let me know if any changes to be done and if this architecture diagram depicts the overall flow.

Hey @ChaiBapchya! Diagramming the architecture would be helpful for the Web Monitoring project.

This isn't the right repository for the image though, as it is for coordinating all the project.

Any diagram is likely something that should be able to be revised easily and worked on/receive feedback in the Web Monitoring repository: https://github.com/edgi-govdata-archiving/web-monitoring/issues

I'm going to close the PR in this repo, but please submit and start a conversation there!

Alright. Thanks. @dcwalk As I understand, I made the required issue in the mentioned repository for further conversation. edgi-govdata-archiving/web-monitoring#22
