Sheet Logit All calculations and results are shown in this sheet.

By means of the buttons and the set parameters in column J, the data from columns A to D are calculated to an average result with the help of logit regression.

Data can be entered manually in this sheet, see chapter: Manual entry, or with the "Get ELISA data" button from the "Datasheet" sheet.

Sheet Datasheet The measured response (absorbances, counts etc.) and the associated sample name and dilution can be entered in this sheet.

Sheet Absorbance When files are imported with the “Open ABS file button, the measured absorbances are placed in the cells of this Absorbance-sheet.

The contents of the cells are separated with the indicated separator (delimiter).

Only lines that start with a letter A to H and that are longer than 50 characters are read.

The contents of this sheet are copied by the program in the "Absorbance matrix" of the "Datasheet".
