Flow数量多的情况下，出现部分flow的状态监听不到的问题 #1240

重现步骤：
给一个Stream添加多个Flow（>50个），最后添加的几个中有可能出现此种问题

期望结果：
所有flow可以正常监控到，running，failed等状态显示正常

实际结果：
部分flow的状态一直为new，查看日志等都没有问题，yarn监控中任务正常运行

修复建议：
建议检查一下工作流监控相关的模块
