It seems hard to get DeepL API soimort/translate-shell#268. So the best way is to get API key.
But currently, I don't have credit card. And my country is not in the list of DeepL available country. So the feature is not going to be provided soon.

After one request to Yandex Translate(using trans-shell method), it would see me as robot :(
And in Yandex page. From May 27, 2020, free API keys aren't issued.
Not going to add it

The tasks in this issue are mostly done. If there is any request for new translator, just create a new issue. And let's track there.
