The dbu cannot be changed retrospectively, as all of the existing layouts would need to be scaled. #23 makes sure that the generated PCells are aligned to the manufacturing grid. |

This PR sets the database unit to 0.005 in accordance with the grid size of 0.005 um of the SkyWater SKY130 PDK.
This ensures that a new layout created with KLayout will have 0.005 as the default database unit. The current default of 0.001 leads to DRC errors when using the PCells.
Note: This still needs to be thoroughly tested as I am not sure if this will have any effect on e.g. OpenLane.
