It turns out the rasp pi isn't powerful enough to compile srsLTE. Next step to try and get it working on there is cross-compilation on one of our laptops and then trying to run it on the pi.

This is technically working as of 778ebd4 but its really slow and doesn't seem to find as much as it does on the laptop which is concerning. This could be a power issue or a lack of the necessary CPU power but I'm not sure how to fix it. Tabling this issue for now.
