Consider using GA4GH's WES standard for the API

Hi!

In CWL & WDL, the GA4GH standards for workflow executions are well known and used in different workflow engine implementations. I noticed while reading the routes for the hpcwass-api that the REST endpoints here appear to be compatible with the WES standard.

Maybe it could be interesting to support that, to take advantage of greater integration with other tools using that standard.

Sorry if this is not necessarily an issue. I was going to post on a forum or on a GitHub Discussion, but couldn't find one for hpcwass-api.
