Elements <pre> and <code>

Those two elements, <pre> and <code>, come out pretty big, not in line with the rest of the theme. They should be normalised, so the theme looks more harmonious.

I already fixed it on my install by inheriting the font size. You can try it on hackcabin, simply start a paragraph with ``` on its own line, and end it the same way, like so:

    ```
    This text will be huge comparatively with the rest.
    ```

I believe this was a bug in some downstream changes which I recently fixed.
