My mother take first jab on 19 March and second jab on 17 April. Now I want certificates of both first and second jab but now I only get second jab certificates only so please help me out

My self frist dose given me on 31 st march2021 but i have no certificate now I have not get 2 nd dose plz guide me

I have same issue with reference to my mother's 1st dose of vaccine. I haven't received the message and cannot access certificate.
