Make it possible to have ONE instance of grossd, which can both be called for a 
check-WITH-dnsbl 
and for a check-WITHOUT-dnsbl

After having thought I don't think there are enough reasons for implementing 
this. It's easier to just run two 
grossd's in parallel.
