Improve slot add form #13

The form should provide date and time widgets that can be operated with the keyboard.

The date widget should display the day of the week of the currently input date.

The form should be in a modal instead of a drawer.

Rephrase durations on a single line using also 1½H as notation.

Given Material UI Pickers is no longer supported i think it is better to upgrade MUI to alpha channel v5.
There is some code that needs refactor doing it, but it is a major release that merge Material UI Pickers in a single package with more features for our needs (ex. date and timepicking).
What's your opinion?

Done in #15 with some changes to not require a date picker at all
