Regular Button does not show up (e.g., dialog cancel, OK button) (windows) #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Make any dialog with a regular OS X button on Windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

button appears to work: can be clicked if you know where it is
supposed to be

Gail: This bug has been reported to Cocotron as issue 366.  If the Cocotron 
team doesn't fix this problem,  Gary 
will help you work around it in XMLisp.

I installed a work around for this problem in XMLisp itself a while back.

We're still waiting for the Cocotron team to fix one final problem with their 
code.  (Unfortunately, I've been unable 
to create a simple test case for them.)

Nevertheless, I think we can mark this as fixed.
