PasteBin allows pastes to 512k, but PastSharp errors over 32k #1

Per the restriction in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6695208/uri-escapedatastring-invalid-uri-the-uri-string-is-too-long the library throws when passing content longer than 32k.
