Screencap of buggy behavior:

Repro steps:

Open src-docs/src/views/datagrid/footer_row.js
Set the height of the data grid to 300 or similar
Go to http://localhost:8030/#/tabular-content/data-grid-footer-row and test keyboard navigation (note that scrolling is fine, just keyboard navigation isn't correctly scrolling bottom rows)
