If I just want to install one Component like EuiSuperDatePicker, dose EUI have a script like 'yarn add @elastic/eui/superdatepicker' to do it?

Not at present. We're working on plans to make EUI more modular and consumable via smaller packages, but there is no way currently to only install one component.
