[Security Solution][RAC] - Table Functionality Updates

This issue takes care of functional updates that need to take place for the alert table

Updated Mockup:

• No scrolling within the DataGrid. The page should scroll as a single scroll area. DataGrid height doesn't update when rowCount does eui#5030
• Action icons per row should be: expand, timeline, boxesHorizontal (Open alert flyout, open in timeline / app, overflow menu) [RAC][Security Solution] Alert table: Resolver and Cases icons to bulk action menu #108420
• Include checkbox in header row for DataGrid to select all. [7.x] [Security solution] [RAC] Add checkbox control column to t-grid (#107144) #107630
• Default columns should be: Timestamp | Alert Name | Severity | Risk Score | Reason | host.name | user.name | process.name | file.name | source.address | destination.address (being done here: [Security Solution][RAC] - Add reason field #107532)
