Describe the bug:

Threshold dimensions are not removed by default in case a Threshold group/axis becomes no longer available. Hovering the dimension will display a help tooltip explaining the current state and how to fix it.

One of the possible solution would be to drag and drop the current invalid configuration to an existing axis/group.
This potential route is made very hard by the current positioning of the tooltip, who is obstructing the drop operation of the dimension.

It would be helpful, I think, to hide the tooltip when the user starts a drag move to make it easier the drop operation.
