[Getting Started page] Localize strings #12004

Currently the strings in the Getting Started page are hardcoded in U.S. English. They should be replaced with tokens so they may be localized correctly.

Hold off on this. We're still iterating on the translation stuff, and we're not quite happy with the current template integration.
