Kibana version: : BC6 of 8.4.0

While I was on BC6 of 8.4.0 ( with License level : Basic ) I navigated from Discover to ML app, it does take more than a minute to load the app and show the contents. In the console - nothing much is shown . Network request doesn't reveal much as well. Upon waiting/ refreshing the browser, the contents do appear . Logs are clean too.

Closing as fixed by #139469 in 8.4.2. I can no longer reproduce this with a basic license.
