Fixed colors for services

I would like to request a new feature for the observability module. Specifically, I would like the ability to assign fixed colors to individual services, similar to the current functionality for service groups.

As someone who works with distributed tracing on multiple levels, I find that the colors assigned to services can change across different views, making it difficult to track specific services. By assigning fixed colors to services, I would be able to quickly identify and track them across different views, which would significantly improve my productivity and perception of the data.

I believe that adding this feature would also enhance the overall user experience of the observability module. Users would no longer have to spend time deciphering which color represents which service, and could instead focus on analyzing the data at hand.

In general yes, but it seems to me that my idea is more useful.
It's about the ability to set the color yourself.
