Kibana version: 8.12

Elasticsearch version: 8.12

When we activate the "Defer loading panels below the fold" option in the advanced settings, a bug occurs in the dashboard when trying to inline edit a widget. The panels disappear and are not loaded again until manually refresh the page.

Assigning this one impact:medium as this only happens when defer loading panels below the fold is turned on, and that setting is still considered a lab which is non-ga. That said, this has been triaged, and we will look into it in an upcoming sprint.
