SVG icons: values of width/height properties are not in pixels

While working on migration process to the EPR (https://github.com/elastic/package-registry), I noticed that some icons have width and height values defined not in pixels.

I found the following ones:

1. suricata
2. zookeeper
3. zeek
4. vsphere

From migration perspective it would nice if all icons have width/height so I wouldn't need to process the viewBox.
BTW Does it sound like a feature request for additional sanity check?
