Kibana version: 7.11, master

Describe the bug: If "normalize by unit" is used in a table, the column header shows a uuid instead of the actual header

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Lens
  2. Switch to table
  3. Add date histogram and sum dimensions
  4. Enable normalize by unit on the sum
  5. Column header shows uuid

Expected behavior:
Should show the configured label
