We've talked about this but I could not find an issue already filed. We could use the CloudProviders API to show a transfer indicator when there are ongoing transfers.

Alternatively we could include that in the Networking indicator if it's only network related (and we can transfer this issue); however, if we want to include local transfers (like Files), then it should probably be its own thing.
