Right now Sideload just handles .flatpakref files. Apps can also be bundled into a .flatpak bundle which I believe is basically a download of the app itself so you don't need an Internet connection later when installing. Sideload should probably handle these for completeness.

@cooljanz this issue is specifically about new bundle functionality. Please file a new issue with what you're seeing. :)
