Add restart if 0.00 KH/s is displayed

Miner stops if synchronization stops.
Miner is not working even sync is going OK later.
Please add flag such as -r for restarting miner automatically if node sync was lost.

I just tested this and it seems to work fine and go back to mining after the node finished syncing.
Are you sure your node finished syncing? (if so you should be seeing messages like Accepted block 905c3fbc6bf25b37a1d95081ebebe07c47f6a6ec7b0df17f7b12a882665492f3 via relay in kaspad logs)
