The email should not be case-sensitive. In the real world, a person with email e1234567@u.nus.edu is still able to receive the email sent to the email address: E1234567@U.NUS.EDU
After I change the domain name to the lower case letter, this command works.

Thanks for the feedback. The case-sensitive requirement is our internal requirement for the app, and since emails need not be case-sensitive in real life typing in lowercase will also work. We will consider removing this requirement though.
