The bot was stuck trying read scroll of acquirement with the error 'Use_good_consumables failed despite returning true'.

I think this error can also happen 0.23 or later when drinking mutation, because of mutation having a prompt (crawl/crawl@b30acc428711). This case should be fixed by 2b08a56 in #28.
