I took a look at the code and felt inspired by ghettovoice, I used ghettovoice to develop webphone, it was a wonderful process, maybe in some small scenarios, I could use this project to replace kamailio and just use freeswitch as a media server

Yes, that was main intention (with performance in mind), but now it will be more flexible to build phones as well. Will share some stuff soon.
I would really like to get feedback on this replacing kamailio, and open issues as well.
Also performance experience you had.
