How do I limit the width of text_edit_multiline?

I can't figure out how to limit the width of the editable text.

I tried to do this:

ui.vertical(|ui| {
    ui.text_edit_multiline(text);
    ui.set_max_width(200.0);
});

but it doesn't work.

Help please.
