Device scan requires http rather than https. User needs to switch to http context to use this tool. A popup modal notification is needed to let the user know that this is needed if they are in https context, with a button to then proceed to http context.

when you open /find you're shown a SCAN button that opens a new tab in http to avoid the security warning when crossing http and https requests
