Default Actions for Permitted or Screened

Hi,
I'm looking at using and "tweaking" this app for my own purposes.
I'm really only needing BLOCKED/blacklist calls to have a message played and then hang up.
For Permitted/whitelist/unknown how do I set it to not do anything other than log the call? I'm currently not bothered about voicemail, so would just like the app to log the caller id and not pick up/hang up.
What do I need to set in the config to achieve this?
