Use case Create game

1. Click “Create Game” button

• Switch Games list panel into Create game form

2. Input “Game name”, “Players” and “Turn duration”

3. Click “OK”

• Show mask
• Send CreateGame request
• Wait for response
• Hide mask
• Switch Games list form into Create game panel
• Add the game to the list as joined one
• Select the game
