Enigma currently has a lot of duplicate code for adding resources like fonts and sprites. We've started a class to generalize them here, but so far it has only been applied to backgrounds. However, even that asset container is still incomplete and needs calls to update internal resource lists to support functions like #974 for asset_get_index().
