Replace Blockchain.info's API calls to use the CORS supported /multiaddr instead of /rawaddr.

/latestblock can be removed since we're using the WebSocket to get that data.

/unspent supports CORS.

/pushtx supports CORS.

Thanks to maxuser on Bitcointalk for bringing this to my attention.
