Bond thickness becomes the default when set in the settings 0,3 pt or 0,4 px

Steps to Reproduce

1. open Canvas and add Benzine ring
2. open Settings
3. set 0,3 pt in Bond thickness field in the settings
4. click on Apply button

Actual behavior
Bond thickness becomes the default (2 px)

Expected behavior
Bond thickness becomes 0,3 pt
