Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Ketcher
  2. Create benzene structure
  3. Create Single Up Bond
  4. Add Single Up bond to the benzene structure
  5. Create structure with stereocenter and Single Up bonds
  6. Click 'Layout' button

Expected behavior
Structures are relocated to the top left of the canvas. Bonds types are the same.

Actual behavior
Structures are relocated to the top left of the canvas. Bonds were replaced with single bonds.

The resetting of stereo bond occurs in indigo. Maybe this is the correct behavior for Layout operation. Need proof from @AlexanderSavelyev
