Getting the DataSet Label

Hi I did not find any function to get the label of the dataset. The SasFileProperties class had a method to read the dataset name but its missing the function to read the label.

@mohitmathew thanks for reporting this issue and providing test data. The ability to get file label via SasFileProperties is available in master branch.
