We have conventions.md file in the docs folder. I suggest creating a documentation page with these conventions to better accessibility (all in the contribution section, translations, better styles, and etc.) for new contributors.

We can discuss if we want to keep md files or move everything to docs.
Md files are very easy to handle, but can't have translations.
Docs are a pain to fill, but can have translations.

Regardless of desision we reach - we should document our approach as a convention.

We can move conventions to .github folder.

We decided to leave this before onboarding is figured.
We can probably include this in onboarding.
