Description

We want to show long-term forecast in the model view from the updated data from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_tHDeNPM5HB4dshtN26tY8We-RKvpTJGNkYyY2Zyzqo/edit#gid=1291097478

Acceptance criteria

Use the data to run GLEAM pipeline, refactor the pipeline if necessary.
Produce the export for the FE
