User requests integrated support for design matrices in libres. Possibility to run the the prior from a design matrix, then the posterior based on this prior.

We should think about how we want to implement string parameters first. In addition we should talk to FMU to ensure that we are covering their needs!

From #1199

When using a design matrix, there is no knowledge preserved of the origin of the parameters in the new storage solution. This should be internalized and linked to the parameters that the design matrix are creating.

First implementation already present in ert3. We should make concrete issues to expand upon the implementation...
