bot based on aiogram. supports locale changing by using gettext and sqlite3 database, background removing by using rembg & image resizing by using PIL. may add some inline/group features
/photo directory contains test photo with name that is a random hex number generated with secrets module. /locale directory contains avialable locales, meanwhile bash script makes proccess of adding new locales faster.
