Note: Requires Go 1.11+

Build

• Tendermint: Requires v0.26.1-rc0

• Other Deps packages: uncompress deps\ocechain.deps.pkg.tar.bz2 into $GOROOT\src\ or $GOPATH\src\

• Run make in the top folder to start build.
