Naming of the Extension and sub folders

Would there be any issues with me making a pull request upstream to clean up the directory structure of the extensions, and also rename the root folder to the name of the Project repository.

Having the root folder match the name of the project looks cleaner, and less confusing for end users.
I don't live in the UK, so can't really get to the FabLab Chemnits, but still believe this project is of great use to any community space or maker, I would love to be able to use it to make others lives easier and also be able to contribute to the project.

Hey. thanks for your comment and the PR. i will have a look on this next weeks. Sorry for the delay. I am busy at the moment, but i am coming back for adjusting inscape extesions for about ~7 years now. I wont stop doing this ;-) i have a lot to do in conjunction with Inkscape 1.3.X also

No worries about the delay, I understand life can get quite hectic.
