What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. encode to output MKV
2. mkvmerge will ask for zlib1.dll and fail

until I fix the installer, you can go to 
http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/downloads.html#windows , download 
mkvtoolnix and add "zlib1.dll" to "C:\Program Files\Bencos\mkvtoolnix"
